It is vibrant in color and rich in vitamin C. The tasting notes are cranberry, plum and honey. Compared to commercially purchased hibiscus, it’s less tart and has more sweet notes.
We love drinking it alone, but it also blends well with herbs such as ginger, cinnamon, tulsi and rose.
