Deep Steep: Simmer 1 tbsp of tea in 1.5 cups of water for 3–5 mins. Add 1 cup of milk, bring to a boil, remove from heat, sweeten, and strain.
Quick Steep: Steep 1 tbsp of tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 3–5 mins. Add milk and sweeten to taste.
