1 tbsp herbs to 8oz water ( 205F ). Steep for 5-15 minutes. Strain and pour into your tea cup.

Avoid use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. This blend contains Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), which may interact with mood-altering medications if consumed in large quantities. Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) should be used with caution if taking blood thinners. Estafiate (Artemisia ludoviciana) should not be consumed in large amounts. Hibiscus may lower blood pressure and should be used with caution alongside blood pressure medications.
