  • Yuzu, a bright and vibrant citrus, delivers sweet and tart tasting notes. Sun-dried on Jeju Island, Korea, this peel is minimally processed to preserve its natural essential oils and nutrients. We enjoy its unique flavor best on its own.

  • Infuse 3 g in 8 oz of boiling or just slightly cooled water. Steep shorter (about 3 min) for light and sweet, and longer for a touch of tartness and grapefruit-y bitterness. Re-steep as desired. This is also great brewed gong fu style.
